Mine was sent in a large padded envelope which had obviously been turned inside out during shipping. The box the speaker came in was dented, wrinkled and had broken corners. The speaker itself featured a slightly curved metal rim. I was able to bend it straight and evenly. The rest of the speaker was in good condition. I used it to replace a blown speaker on my Logitech X-230 subwoofer for my computer that was over a few years old. After a few days of use, it remains stable and delivers decent bass.
