Everything worked fine at first and I thought I finally found something that would go with all of my jewelry. At first I was disappointed that there was no hanger. It's very difficult to find a strong hanger so I had to use metal. Which made him very thin. After a few months, the velcro stopped sticking and my jewelry kept falling off. Also, my jewelry is very easy to get out of the pockets. I've dropped and lost/found many things under stuff because they don't hold up or jewelry stays in pockets. I am now looking for another product and am no longer satisfied with it. If you have a lot of jewelry and heavy items this is not for you. Don't waste your money. RECAP. This company has excellent customer service. After finding out how dissatisfied I was with this project, they quickly sent me a replacement. However, it was a different design. This works much better without hanging velcro. It has more pockets and an attached hanger. I would prefer Misslo's 38-pocket double-sided jewelry organizer to this one. You will be much happier.
