Use this COMBO set to stretch the earlobes. This is the BEST as the tunnels are threaded onto cones. I went from 12mm to 14mm and let me tell you it's very painful. Excruciating pain, throbbing pain and throbbing pain in the earlobes. I highly recommend using a stretch balm on your earlobes and on the cone itself before applying constant pressure. All in all, this set is the only way to stretch!
