I bought a similar fake bit which broke within a week. It was only a few dollars more expensive and the quality is much better. It appears to be well made and well put together. I mainly use it as a display piece for my painthorse. This seems to help with a good fit of the head and the way the iron is assembled gives a quick response. This bit kicks in very quickly, so be careful while you get used to it. The aluminum shafts make it nice and light and the engraving makes it look really good without being a $300 silver bat.
