Review on Sauna Waist Trainer For Women - Tummy Cincher Body Shaper For Sweat And Weight Loss Workouts By CtriLady by Tony Hanson

I THINK you should buy it a size down from your shirt size.

Okay so let me start with the size thing. I didn’t understand all the other reviews saying "go up” or "go down” a size. So I just went with my shirt size which is large. And when I first got it I was glad I did it like that! You want it to be kind of tight so it can help sculpt your body. BUT after a while it gets worn. Like it becomes easier to zip up but my biggest thing is it won’t stay in place. It’s starting to ride up my back and I have to keep pulling it down and I just can’t even keep it on because it’s driving me crazy. So if you are looking for something to work out in I would get something different because it doesn’t last long. Or if you’re looking for something to not work out in I would look at regular Corsets. But I wouldn’t even buy this again because it just doesn’t last. Or maybe go a size down and see if it helps? I just picture the same thing happening but I’m not going to buy it again to find out so that’s completely up to you! Hope this helps someone. Oh and if you’re a mom like I am and you have that ✨lovely✨ Mom pouch, I really wouldn’t get this because this tightens at the waist which is awesome but I found myself wishing it would tighten at the bottom of my stomach too because it just became too loose down there. I don’t know if going a size down would help this problem I had personally but hopefully you can make the right call on that. Just go a size down from your shirt size if you ARE going to buy this.
