The two elastic straps used to attach the front and rear foam headbands can easily be replaced with longer elastic straps for those with larger skulls. Depending on where the back edge sits, there is also more or less tension, similar to the straps of a diving mask. The inner lining of the rims is non-slip so you know it will stay in place.
