I'm 6.2 inches tall, weigh 245 pounds, have an athletic build and a long torso. I bought the XXL because I knew it would be large in the waist but expected it to run a little small. didn't sit down. It sits great on the shoulders and chest but is loose around the waist which I like at the gym. He's a bit cramped. I don't like tight shirts, but I also don't like wearing things that look like dresses. I recommend these over Gildan or any of the other brands on Revain as I've literally tried them all without exaggeration. I have a couple of tank tops that I bought that I don't wear because they either look like a dress or my little brothers are small. It is true to size.
