We've had a problem with the fountain for a while and before we could figure it out we bought this portable shower. We could do a slow stream, so to shower, we filled five gallons with about four gallons of water, then boiled a kettle of water on the stove and added it to the bucket. I didn't count how many times we showered, but I think he pumped a good 25 or maybe 30 gallons without reloading. Not sure of the total, but after a few showers I still charged it, although it still worked fine. The pressure is amazing and really gives a nice refreshing shower that doesn't just get wet. It feels good even on low power, but on high power it easily washes shampoo out of hair. The only downside is that the handle attached to the showerhead to turn the jet on and off is difficult to turn with soapy hands. It would be better if it was T-shaped or even square. Otherwise no complaints!
