I ordered this speaker to connect to my laptop during the product launch. I have never used the bluetooth function and cannot comment on it. I always use an auxiliary cable. When not in use for work, it is used to watch videos or listen to music. It sounds better than any single speaker on display in department stores. I've heard many of them in many stores. The Bose model comes closest to that. The Bose had a lot more highs and I'm not sure I liked it. UBoom has a subwoofer on the bottom of the speaker. It's designed to vibrate whatever it is. It really shakes the surface. This functionally adds great bass. The overall frequencies are very balanced. Don't think it will be loud. It's not loud. Sounds good at low to medium volume. I never fully turn it on. This bothers my roommate. It's loud enough to watch an action movie indoors and fill the room with clear sound. It will not shake walls or rattle windows. Because the phone has two speakers that face each other and they're so close together spatially, there's almost no stereo separation. It's like a high quality mono speaker. Presentations weren't about stereo for me. I haven't used it in the shower or dropped it in the pool. I have no idea about its waterproof claim. The only downside is that when charging and playing music, the electrical interference sound hums at lower volumes. The charge seems to be enough for a day. I didn't measure the reload time. It took over an hour to use it. I really like this speaker. The sound quality is much better than I expected. So I use it all the time, not just for work. When the power is low there is a female British voice saying Battree Low. It was a pleasant surprise. If you want a very balanced sound spectrum at moderate listening volumes and don't need stereo separation to be happy, buy this speaker. The purchase price was €59.99. Even less now. That makes it even more profitable.
