not as described Suitable for coats, jackets and vests
I usually wear a size 16 and am 5ft 7in tall. I ordered and received a size large based on the measurements given and the fact that it was said to be a loose fit. It was 3 inches too small around my chest, 4 inches too small around my hips. The sleeves were too short and everyone was a different length. I'm sending it back and not reordering.
