I like that we can access our data from anywhere at anytime which allows us flexibility in terms of work locations as well as time zones! The system has been slow to load sometimes so it takes longer than expected to get into your profile page but once you're there everything loads fast.

Sometimes when trying to upload documents (pdf files) they don't show up after clicking submit multiple times or if I'm not using my computer's internet connection correctly the whole process just stops working without any error message shown. It would be great if their support team could give some tips about how to fix this problem because otherwise having such problems makes me hesitant to use online PMSs again next year. We are able to track employee performance easily by assigning them tasks and providing feedback through emails and other methods available via website.
