There are 13 bracelets in this set, not 26 pieces. It is also important to know that they are best suited for a child or small adult. I can wear them (and I'm an adult) but my hands are small. The diameter at the widest points of these bracelets is approximately 2.25 inches. Once they are very shiny and beautiful. They are metal although 6 of them are wrapped in gold thread. The gold thread has already worn out on the 2 bracelets I received. This allows me to see the gold metal under the thread which is still pretty pretty. The other 7 bracelets are embellished with tiny golden rhinestones in my opinion. They are really shiny. I would love to wear them to a wedding or any other place I want to wear my bling. Because I'm lucky enough to fit my hands, I know I can wear them with the confidence that they won't slip off before I'm ready to take them off. Overall I love them but I'm giving them 4 stars because there are 13 of them not 26, plus the gold thread on a pair of bracelets is fraying.
