Cheap for a reason.
Elastic adjustment strap on the back. Dressed tight for my taste, still too loose. When I buy a hat I want it to stay on my head and not be blown towards me by the baby's breath. No matter how tight you tighten it, there is about an inch of elastic on the right side of the strap to keep it from being tight. I gifted it to my daughter, she loves it when she ties her ponytail in the back. Perhaps you forgot to mention in the description that this is a women's hat? Thanks for nothing.
