Blueberry Cheesecake

I am very picky and normally sensitive to most flavors, but due to severe allergies and not wanting to aggravate my system have decided to go back to using wax melts instead of candles or sprays . Read more . I really like food flavors (like Yankee Candle Buttercream [old version] etc.) over floral or fresh ones. I usually have a hard time finding ones that not only smell authentic, but also don't give me a headache or have a smell that's travel-safe. However, if it literally smells like I've just baked something skillfully, even though I've never baked anything before, I'm fed up. I decided to try Scentsy in Blueberry Cheesecake and now I'm getting all the hype about the brand. It smells 100% authentic and spreads throughout the house, including upstairs, but doesn't smell like synthetics and isn't so overpowering that it gives me a headache. In fact, from a short distance it smells even better than right in the same room, where tart blueberry (almost grape) usually dominates. In the distance I hear more cheesecake and then hot blueberries smelling more like the unmelted version. Sitting here in the living room, a fresh cube melting in the kitchen and a fresh cup of coffee bringing me back to life, I smell generously of hot, candied blueberries and a hint of crust before casually morphing into sweetened cream and delicate cheesecake New York. I love how it alternates between creamy and fruity to keep my nose interested lol. I actually sigh, every now and then I feel my eyes roll back and I sink into that blissful state, especially over a fresh cube. Perfect for a cold and rainy spring morning. Even the Man Squad, who often and bizarrely recognize everything on the planet by the smell of cat pee or just grimace in dramatic disgust, love it. , melting most of the day - at least for me, and with constant use and a Glade heating pad. After that it exists for about a day but changes slightly and becomes very faint where I only find it when I go outside or go upstairs briefly and come back. However, I love how I can subtly smell it in the kitchen even when it's not warming. While not a scent I would use every day, 365 is definitely something I plan to use fairly regularly, especially when it's a bit cooler. I might try a different heater to see if that helps with longevity.
