I received this fully working shower head to upgrade an outdated and barely working existing shower head. God, this will help start the day better. The jet is more powerful and the functions available when turning the large ring are wonderful, from gentle rain to more pulsating massage, with a total of six jet types. You can also use the separate lever to switch from high flow to trickle mode to save water. Advantages of the Waterpik PowerPulse Quick Pause Shower Head, Chrome, XQP-633: • Easy installation. Simply unscrew the old shower head by turning it counter-clockwise and wipe or unwind the water tape. • Provides MUCH more flow than my previous shower head. • The manufacturer has both a paper manual and an online manual. The online manual is for XQP-633. • Very strong bed to avoid damage. Other things to note: • Duct tape is not included so grab one if you don't already have a roll. * With my particular showerhead, the washing machine and filter were already in the showerhead, ready to use. • The nut is made of plastic, therefore care must be taken when screwing in that the threads are not torn out.
