I bought it back on 10/23/2020 and received it on the 25th. It looked good and everything was fine. Installation took about 30 minutes and wasn't a difficult process (although I'm a mechanic). Let's fast forward a week. On April 1st he decided to prank me by only half rolling. The next day I sat down and rolled down the window (my truck didn't have air conditioning) but it went halfway down and didn't move at all. I could still hear the engine running, so I pulled the panel out and examined it. The 2 pieces of plastic that guide the wires broke and the wires were misaligned so the motor couldn't pull them all the way out. I unclipped the jar and temporarily sealed it with duct tape. It still has a 1 year warranty but I tried contacting the seller on the entire listing but I couldn't find it. I seem to have lost all of the accompanying documents, if they were there at all. It worked great all winter and so far I've never had any problems with it. If the seller had replied to me on the warranty I would have had no problem updating this review and giving it a higher rating.
