2. Stack of towels hopelessly tangled

Update 28 August 2019: The second set of towels sent to me is broken. They lasted three months with very infrequent use. The tassels of the towels got tangled after washing, just like the first order I received. I also tried shortening the brushes. The towels on this second batch were only used occasionally so I was slow to upgrade. You are in the trash! Update May 27, 2019: On April 30th, more than 8 months after the review below was posted, I was contacted by the seller of these towels, who offered to send me a replacement set of towels (including a set of four towels) afterwards They were able to reproduce my negative experience with their own towels and after changing manufacturers. I work in sales so I know that changing the delivery line can take time and effort. After washing the new towels once, the towels weren't tangled (big change), but I found a lot of lint again. To be fair these are towels and lint is to be expected with new towels. I haven't used the tumble dryer for over two years (my clothes now last a very long time before wearing out) which means that new towels have to be delinted manually which is time consuming. Removing the lint from those new towels and hand towels took about three and a half hours. The new towels look great, are the same significant weight (for Pestemal towels) and still wash with much better results. I really appreciate the customer service I ended up getting and the effort they made to try to resolve my issue. If there are any changes, I will update my review again. So far, so good! August 17, 2018: I really liked these Pestemal towels. They dry quickly despite weighing slightly more than other Pestemal wipes. You look great. The problem is that the brushes get hopelessly tangled with every wash. Today they came out of my washing machine in a long chain. After carefully cutting the knots, I succeeded. The ends of the towels themselves are untied, the threads are near the brushes. I would cut off the knotted tassels if I didn't think these towels were going to fall apart. In addition, these towels contain an incredible amount of lint. I'm expecting fluff with new fabrics, but they're in a very different order. I've spent so much time trying to get the lint out of these towels. So much time for each towel wash. Now they all end up in the trash.
