People seem confused about these towels and their expectations. They remind me of the old red flimsy towel you used to see in the back pocket of the guy at the gas station who would come out and check your oil while he was getting gas. You haven't seen that for a long time. but they remind me of that and that's why "Shop Towel" is in the title. They are just a replacement for paper towels. I certainly wouldn't wash the car, clean the TV screen, or the delicate image on this thing, so I paid more for soft fiber towels for this thing. They make fantastic towels to dry hands while working in the garage checking oil wiping grease oil dirt cleaning lawn mower grass etc. For the price and quantity you get what you pay for I would say at a price they are cheaper compared to soft terry towels for washing cars and the like.
