Review on Melu Managed Live Chat by Sean Bond

I have been using this product for about 8 months now, it is very stable with no downtime issues reported by me nor my clients in that time frame! The chat function has helped us to engage more customers into conversations which helps get leads as well. It's easy enought to use but also gives you room to customize depending how much info needs sharing between users (eg email addresses). We are still working out some bugs here & there so we can't really give any feedbacks yet since they seem pretty consistent across all platforms/brands i've used before including Skype or Whatsapp etc - just make sure you test them thoroughly if needed when onboarding new products / services from other vendors because sometimes things might look good at first sight only after being live longer than expected :) If u're looking for something reliable then melucould be one way forward especially during downtimes where people tend not too pay attention towards their sites anymore due to lack luster content.
