I bought this coffee maker as a replacement about 1 year ago when my trusty Keurig I had for 5 years stopped working. It worked great initially, warmed up quickly, was relatively quiet and I was happy with it. Now he has been refusing to draw water for several months. I don't really understand why this feature doesn't work anymore as I probably clean it with running water and vinegar without coffee once or twice a week and use it every day. I have to shake the car or hit the grille to get the water out and I'm very disappointed with that, I've barely had enough for a year! It should last longer. In any case, if you're looking for a long-lasting coffee maker, just buy a Keurig, replacing it every year will cost you more than just spending money on a reliable machine.
