My mistake or incomplete warning. Outside temperature is important

Four times the pump worked fine, but the fifth time the pump overheated and didn't work. Now there would normally be a star for this, but they warn, run ten minutes, shut down five minutes. My warning: pay attention to the outside temperature. I filled the kiddy pool at 98 degrees, so the pump temp probably won't go down after five minutes rest like I thought. If I were to buy it again (I won't) I would bring the pump indoors too cool between cycles. The small design is positive and negative, easy to store, but you have to keep it while it fills up and the pump gets very hot.
