I am satisfied with the product, it is made well, the price is also pleasing.

No one would have a reason to complain if the faulty component could just be replaced within the terms of the guarantee. The chair is a fan favorite and, in every other way, it lived up to the expectations that were placed upon it. However, the difficulties with (sending back, waiting for when they receive, and not at all in the terms that the operators offer, waiting for the money to be returned, all of these things make the process of communicating with this service more complicated).
My only request is that the manufacturer improve the mechanism and the level of service, at the very least in those places that are home to millions of people.

Pros

Big, lovely, comfortable. After 11 months of use, the eco-leather still looks brand new and has no dents or blemishes. The armrests are nice, the wheels are fantastic, and the cross is lovely.

Cons

The swing mechanism finally gave out after 11 months of being operated with extreme caution. Since the chair as a whole was in pristine shape, all I wanted to do was get it fixed under the guarantee, but it turned out that there is no warranty repair in our city, so I was given the option to send it back to the store where I bought it.

Some pros: Price, convenience, good materials, comfortable and stable armrests, no squeaks, excellent appearance Cons below: The gas lift sometimes lowers the chair itself, but this is rare and always without load (that is, when no one is sitting on it)
