I am extremely disappointed in this product! The organizer isn't actually made out of bamboo, but mostly composite material and cheap bamboo-like plastic veneer. The product description is misleading and incorrect. Parts of the organizer have been split, broken, peeled and/or chipped along the lines. The seller should pay more attention to quality control before shipping the goods, even if I got along fine with cheap veneer, there is no reason to send goods that are already broken and damaged in several places. I'm really frustrated that I have to waste my time printing a returns label to send a defective product to a UPS store for a refund because this organizer belongs in the bin.
