My lips are very chapped in winter, I apply it several times a day. It works, my lips weren't as bad as before using it. My lips were so wide they would bleed when I smiled. I. It's not very comfortable to smile and then just bleed. My lips are getting healthier since I started using them. I will buy more. Be careful where you store it though. If you hold it in a warm room you will notice a slight melting effect.
