The ability to scan in paper forms into the system was extremely easy. I also liked that it has an option for printing out additional copies if needed. There were times when we couldn't access certain pages or features within the app due to our internet connection being unreliable at work. We have been able to resolve those issues with tech support from CargoDocs by reaching them via phone call. It's nice to be able to use this service during off hours since there isn't anyone around who can help us directly. They are very responsive and quick to respond to any questions/issues we may encounter. This software allows me to quickly organize all my paperwork so that I am not wasting time searching through stacks of papers every week.
