I use Blue Apron for my meal service and they require a lot of vegetables to be roasted on a sheet pan. I used to cover my sheet pans with aluminum foil until I read about the connection to Alzheimer's disease. Since then, I've replaced all of my aluminum cookware with stainless steel and I line my sheet pans with parchment paper instead of aluminum foil.This paper is healthier to cook on and is easy to clean up. Just remember that it's paper and will burn at high temperatures.
