First I check how shampoos and conditioners smell. Both shampoo and conditioner smell about the same. Strong smell of mint. Some kind of antiseptic. Not the best scent for my hair. Shampoo first. Does not foam well in small amounts. Maybe that's why the bottles are so big? It's also very, very dark purple. I didn't get my hands dirty so the color doesn't really bother me. My hair is clean after I wash it. The conditioner is also purple. Same mint smell. My hair felt prepped after washing. It wasn't great with mats. My long hair had a little more tangles than some of the other conditioners I've used. My hair looked and felt good after drying. When I lift my hair up to my nose I can still smell that minty scent. see how well it works. Both shampoo and conditioner are good. Just don't like the smell.
