HK Army sizing is totally wrong, go one size up.
These are very good knee pads but I have two complaints. First, the size of the Hong Kong Army is completely wrong. Whatever size they recommend, go up a size. Secondly, after about two months of use, once over the weekend, the seams on both knee pads have already come loose from the Lycra in places and holes have formed. I doubt these will last much longer.
