Without a doubt these colors won’t Choke your Cat. It factually comes off when the cat scratches or walks through the cat door. While the idea was to make it come loose should the cat be in a compromising position of choking it comes off very quickly and in fact in one day we lost both collars . I played this with my 8yo and 10yo and seeing them use their imagination and reasoning was great. I was especially surprised when my 8yo whipped out a safe on a garden card explaining that the garden is a model within the safe. I have bought these roses 3 times! I love them! They are soft, they do leave a mild waxy feel on your hands if you handle them a lot. Also when they come in, they are squish a bit, to fix that all you have to do is use a blow dryer in a circular motion and it will open them right up. I bought for my three month hold to wear in Florida, luckily he’s amazing at holding his head up, this hat really only works if your baby can do that because the brim is so big and bulky. This design is far superior to the duplex, 2 pin style. I was concerned before buying these that my LED lights had such a small gauge wire.maybe 20-22 gauge and I was concerned the wire would be too small. Worked great but I don't think they were designed for such wires. I stripped back my led wires, maybe 3/4" and inserted them thru the screw connector and thye got "mashed" around the threaded conductor as I tightened them down. Couldn't pull apart. Not sure why they should cost like $2 each !See full review
