The range of SFX form factor power supplies is very limited, so price is not an issue. In other words, if price is an issue, then this power supply is not for you. With that in mind, this is an LTT Tier A (best) power supply, meaning it includes all the protections and has good voltage regulation under different loads. I personally use it for a media server, and when combined with a large CPU cooler and large case fans, my system is virtually silent. If your goal and goal is a fanless SFX power supply, then this is the only option I've found. There are many other fanless power supplies out there, but most of them are in one of the ATX form factors. EVGA makes a very nice and quiet T2 1600 which is also a Tier A which I also recommend but it is ATX EPS which is not suitable in many cases. Yes, I have an EVGA T2, but it doesn't fit in my small case. New range of Be Quiet power supplies! is also almost silent, but like the EVGA T2 has an ATX-EPS form factor. If you're building a mid-range system and don't care about noise, there are plenty of good cheap power supplies out there. When mounting, keep in mind that this SilverStone Nightjar NJ450 is a small form factor, so you may need to purchase a bracket to adapt it to your ATX case (150mm x 86mm hole). Bottom line: If you're building a compact system with an ITX motherboard, there aren't many options, and if you're looking for a quiet PSU, this is probably your best bet as of December 2020. If PSU noise is tolerable, there are cheaper options in both SFX and ATX form factors.
