Not the quality I expected

While I have no doubts about the water resistance of the case, the main downside for me was not being able to plug the USB into the case to charge, I only wireless Charging (which I don't like because it reduces battery life). The case itself feels very cheap and thin and I just don't think it offers enough protection if the phone is dropped.
