First of all, do not give this product a bad review just because you don't know how to use it. Second, if you've never done a chemical peel before, I encourage you to educate yourself on how to prep your skin before, during, and after your treatment. This is important. I have acne scars, dark spots, dry and very sensitive skin so I did a test before starting. First treatment: I left the product a little longer than indicated in the instructions, 4 minutes. I felt a slight burning, itching and tingling sensation. I used a neutralizer (same brand) and after removing the product I use a serum with peptides (same brand). The redness was not severe at first, but increased over time along with a slight peeling. This is how my skin reacts after professional chemical peels in the salon. Sometimes I don't exfoliate, but my skin is glowing. You will see the difference the next day. Significant results: after 2-4 treatments
