Completely wrong product

The wrong shirt! Received the Cream 042 shirt but ordered the Purple 029 shirt. This was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter to wear on her first day of school in 3 days. What now? She can't even wear this shirt that we have because it's very uncomfortable. The sleeves are too short and the neckline is too low.
