My wife is 17 weeks 4 days in the second trimester. Now she has grown up and is lying on her side. She does move around a bit during our night time but with this pillow she immediately told me how comfortable she felt. She said it made a big difference and it shows. She doesn't move at all when she sleeps. She does get up a lot, but only to go to the toilet and not because of the discomfort of her big belly. Anyway, it's a great little pillow and extra comfort for my wife so I give her a thumbs up. that is of great importance.
