When I received it in the mail one of the screws holding the handle was not fully tightened. I had to remove all three screws to align them properly before tightening them again. Not much, but a little better quality control can help with the initial customer experience. Now that I've got it fixed it works well and appears to be of decent build quality meaning I have no qualms about it working and holding my camera as intended. At $10 it's a steal.
