TASCAM TH-02 review vs Sony MDRZX110

I gave both headphones a 5 star rating because for the price they are both excellent. I'm only writing this review to help someone like me in the future to find out which option is best for what they want to achieve. First, I'm an audiophile musician who owns much more expensive headphones. I just wanted to use a pair that I wouldn't worry about losing or damaging. I bought both sets and will keep them for myself because they are both great, they just have different uses. Sony MDRZX110: If you only want to listen to music, buy this set. It's more comfortable and has better bass response. You can get slightly better bass with overpriced Beats headphones, but I was pleasantly surprised when I tested mine and they're orders of magnitude cheaper. They aren't top notch in terms of durability and don't offer balanced audio reproduction. I also don't know if it says it in the description but the 1/8" plug is at 90 feet. That would render them useless for what I bought them for because they wouldn't fit. I will be saving them to listen to on my computer and for the price you can't beat them TASCAM TH-20: If you're looking for studio or quiet instrument headphones, put your hands down, they give you a more balanced sound, the quality you want for studio mixing or playing instruments. They are much more powerful than Sony. They are not as comfortable but for my medium sized head they are good enough. Better for noise isolation. They delivered audio compared to my best -Headphones in the lineup didn't quite have a balanced response, but they were decent and worth a good $20 Also, a note: Sony has wires in both ears, they only have one on the left, um, if that's important to you.
