This is my third belt, I'm a long distance runner and it was great. Lots of abuse but very comfortable. It looks like the latest version has a little more room for the phone. (Great for my iPhone X). The only problem I have is that as a small woman with narrow hips I need to use it as tight as possible. After a while, the straps will stretch a little and the belt will become too loose. Other than that, I will use it whenever I need water, phone, gels, etc.
