This running belt is essential for long runs in the colder and cooler months. It holds exactly 18 miles of water (20 if squeezed a little) and stays tight while running. If it gets hot, I'd go for a strap that can hold more water if you're doing 13+ at a time.

I saw someone wearing this belt at a local race and she was very happy with her purchase. Ever since I bought my own I have loved the fit and comfort of the strap. It doesn't work at all! The only thing I would consider with this A+ product is the amount of liquid. 12 ounces isn't enough sometimes - would like the same brand but more ounces. I'll check that for longer runs. Good product!

Strap adjusts well (no access to strap to trim or tuck in) and fits me (I have a waist size 25/26 in jeans). I was worried it would be too big and ordered another brand at the same time. It has better material but most importantly it stays in place for long distance runs (only ran 18 miles in it). Great buy, worth the money.

This is my third belt, I'm a long distance runner and it was great. Lots of abuse but very comfortable. It looks like the latest version has a little more room for the phone. (Great for my iPhone X). The only problem I have is that as a small woman with narrow hips I need to use it as tight as possible. After a while, the straps will stretch a little and the belt will become too loose. Other than that, I will use it whenever I need water, phone, gels, etc.

I like it because it doesn't bounce around and fits my needs perfectly. I would give it 5 stars but the front pocket is annoying. The center zipper makes it difficult to take out and store the phone in the pocket. Accessing the phone becomes problematic when the belt is placed around the waist. If you keep the keys in the cell phone case, it becomes more difficult. A key without a fob works well with it. I needed a lightweight hydration belt for long runs and this belt fits the bill. The bottles are tiny, 6 oz each, and offer hydration without being heavy. The middle part fits my Galaxy S6 Edge without any problems. The belt has several elastic loops through which keys or gu can be passed. Wow! I had this belt for a month before trying it out. And as I did, I took about three steps from my front door before realizing that both bottles were running down my legs with each step. Not just a drop or two, but large amounts. I got wet! (And yes the caps were tight.) Great fuel belt! Doesn't slip on long runs. I was looking for something with water, a big phone, fuel and somewhere to hook my dog! I don't use gels so the gel elastics are perfect for attaching her leash and they don't stretch so I can hold her closer! The many color options made it difficult to choose, but I love orange!
