I like that it is very customizable to fit any business needs! The customer support team has been awesome in helping me set up everything correctly for my organization's use as well! There are many different things you can do within this platform but sometimes there isn't much training or help available when needed because they want us using their product 100% of the time which makes sense since we're paying them so heavily monthly..

But if your looking into something similar take some time at demo sessions - make sure someone knowledgeable will be running through all aspects before committing!! It helps tremendously having our resumes uploaded directly onto LinkedIn via an API connection allowing recruiters/search firms access without needing to upload files themselves (which takes forever). This saves SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY FOR OUR COMPANY AS WELL.
