I like that HR can see all of their employees at one time to make sure they are doing what is expected or needed for them in regards to work hours/paychecks etc.. It's also nice because you don't have so many emails coming through your inbox anymore! I like that it is very customizable to fit any business needs! The customer support team has been awesome in helping me set up everything correctly for my organization's use as well! There are many different things you can do within this platform but sometimes there isn't much training or help available when needed because they want us using their product 100% of the time which makes sense since we're paying them so heavily monthly..

I like that it is very easy to use once you get used to how everything works. It can be confusing at first but if you stick around for awhile you will figure out all of its features fairly quickly! There are not many things about this software we dislike as far as what's available in other similar programs. We have been using HR Systems since they were known as Hireology before becoming an independent subsidiary of Monster Worldwide Inc., so there isn't much else I could say here.
