a bit sad about it
The tablet itself was great, the child liked it, it did what it was supposed to. However, the first time she took it to the sleepover, the toddler grabbed it and completely smashed the screen. Paid insurance plan, there is still an order for an insurance plan that says I was billed for it, but the insurance plan doesn't exist when I try to get a replacement. The child's heart was broken because of it.
