Review on 👧 Roxy Wholehearted Rashguard Set, Little Girls - Long Sleeve & Short Sleeve by Darrell Beecher

That's so little! We've had this shirt for 12 months and my daughter is about to outgrow it so I bought a 2T (she will be 2 in August). I have compared the 12 month old and the 2t, the 2t has longer arms but the body is much smaller than the 12 month old and already too narrow for her. The hole in the head is so small that I could hardly put it on. I'm wondering if I need a shirt 3 or just refuse this shirt?
