Received two dead ram sticks
Both sticks arrived dead. This was my son's first PC build and literally everything else worked. Now he has a fully assembled computer with no RAM, his friend had to lend him one of his Corsair Vengeance sticks just to install Windows and run setup. Would give 0 stars out of 5 if I could. It is unacceptable to receive a completely dead product. Sent it back and ordered a replacement hoping it works better.
