The only thing that could be better would be if they had live chat integration so people don't need to call or email us just to ask any questions. This gives them the ability to easily contact someone without having to make a phone call. Also, the price point of their plans isn't too expensive compared to other providers out there. I highly recommend using LiveChat as well because as long as they're sending traffic to my site then I'm happy at least.
