Worth the price paid. Not as fluffy as pictured and a bit uncomfortable. I pulled out the tag and turned it inside out, I felt better. Works well under skirts and adds more pomp than you might think. Good quality material. Well sewn. I'm 5'3" and the skirt hits mid-thigh when worn on the hip. Says one size fits best, I would say it would fit a women's size 4-10 in the US.
