Great little bag but wouldn't count on it being waterproof. It might be fine for short, light rain, but I wouldn't trust it for heavy or sustained rain. I use it as a quick emergency shelter and cover it with a tarp to keep out the rain. It goes well with my scooter and the red handles are great for positioning. The included lock and case are very cheap and smell TERRIBLE. The lock is so flimsy I'm not sure I would trust it to lock a cheap bike so for now it just sits in the box. I would end up buying it again but I don't think the accessories are useful. .
