I like that it's open source software (GPL). It supports multiple platforms including Linux / Unix variants such as FreeBSD or OpenBSD. The built in web interface makes management much easier than other products out there. For some reason the admin console sometimes gets stuck at "Loading" status after you log into your account with credentials from ADFS server. This can be solved by restarting the application but not sure if this will fix all issues. We use Cerberus primarily because we needed something more flexible then Filezilla Pro which only allows one connection per IP address instead of allowing many connections through load balancer.
