I ordered Fresh Produce Storage Containers [Set of 50] 16 oz plastic deli containers. They arrived on time as expected, had no weird plastic or chemical smell, they hold up perfect portions and fold easily for storage when not in use. Every weekend during the weekday lunchtime I cook large portions of soup for myself, my husband and our son. I let the soup cool and then pour it into these containers up to the fill line. From there I freeze them; The trick is not to overfill the containers as the contents will expand as they freeze. I usually have 3-5 different soups to choose from during the week and we put them in the fridge overnight. They are great for freezing/thawing soups and waterproof for everyday office use. We don't use a microwave or dishwasher so I can't comment on how the containers hold up in these activities.
