This stereo is of such poor quality that it doesn't even fit in the cheapest cars. The build quality isn't bad, but the materials are very cheap, even the cables and connectors feel cheap. The volume knob is terrible, no satisfying click, just a rough, uneven feel of plastic parts rubbing together. Due to the unbearable delay between each touch, the Bluetooth menu could not be called up to pair the phone. He's either overly sensitive or doesn't react at all. The AM/FM radio didn't even work, so I wasn't sure about the sound quality differences between the original and this one. Over the years I've bought very cheap stereos just to survive, but on this one I prefer to hear the wind and the rumble of a car slowly breaking apart on California roads.
