The head of the product is really very hard, but maybe too hard - no flexibility. Also, the head is a lot smaller than the head than I thought. and the wooden handle is also very narrow and flimsy - not sure if this product will hold up. Propose manufacturers to make the head twice as big and with slightly softer plastic tips which would still make them quite hard. Also suggest that the handle is at least twice the thickness and width. and slightly curved to facilitate access to parts of the back. Attached are two photos of this product and two other similar products, a wood-handled lotion applicator and a plastic-handled back rinse, which I bought from Revain for about the same price of $10 each, but notice how much more and stronger Heads and handles of other products. The wooden lotion applicator has a plastic piece at the end of the handle for a better grip.
